Monday Is My Favourite Day

When I was a student of class 5,Wednesday used to be my favourite day of the week.It is because Wednesday was the day on which we didn't have maths class.Our maths teacher was a self proclaimed disciplinarian,but in our opinion,he was a stone hearted,insensitive man who should have been a butcher or a hangman,not a teacher.He used to teach the students less and frighten them more.
Those days are gone now.I am no more a child.Now I am a young man who is employed and is earning for his parents.Now my favourite day of the week is Monday.But why Monday? Why not any other day of the week? If you ask me the question,my answer would be,'I don't know.'Is it that we sometimes choose our likes and dislikes without any sensible reason?

@Jessicalynnt,You mean,you like Monday,because it's your first day off,don't you?For me it's just the opposite.Monday is the busiest day for me.

My favourite day is Friday.I like Friday because in Islam we celebrate Friday as eid ul momeenin.We wear clean clothes and white clothes on Friday.

We all like things for a reason we don't know at times. I have always liked the number 5 but I really don't know why that is.

@LovingMyBabies,You are right.We may sometimes like or dislike things without any understandable reason.I,too,love numbers 5,7,9,12,13 and 18.Can't say,why.

Friday is my favorite, this is because it will be weekend after that
And yes likes and dislikes may not have any specific reason, like our favorite colors. It is not that green is not beautiful if I like blue..for some unexplained reason we like some things

@satriani92,You have a reason.You like Monday,because on this day your favourite teacher teaches you.On the other hand,as a student I hated Monday,Tuesday,Thursday,Friday and Saturday,because these were the days when I had to face my maths teacher who I hated.LOL!!
