What is being yourself...? Doing what you want do...? Saying what you want to say...? It means you have to be honest at every aspect of your life... is it always possible to be yourself...?

just be humble.being a human is hard to tell a lie but if the situation is needed you have to,you're just a human and everybody tells a lie

Be yourself is to be aware of not your good things but bad ones too and not pretending to be something which you are not and being the same in all situations.
