Does 3 times brushing weakens gums?

June 6, 2016 7:14am CST
Many of us have the habit of brushing our teeth 3 times of the day. Dentists say brushing the teeth twice a day is fine. 3 times a day if one brushes with hard tooth brush, it can be weaken the gum. In India the most beneficial tooth paste used is neem paste. the other ones colgate, pepsodent, all have sugar content too much and synthetic element.

Thanks Ervin you must be using a medium type brush. If the blades of the brush are hard then more than 2 times brushing can loosen the gums.
