I don't know if any of you have heard about this, but a college kid sexually assaulted a girl while she was asleep and, the judge only gave the kid 6 months in jail. I don't know about you, but that's no where near long enough for a crime like that, he should be going to prison for a very long time, it happened at Stanford university and, is apparently a big problem there.

@TRBRocks420 Can the victim file a petition to the higher court regarding the ruling of the judge?

That's justice for rich white guys, which is different than justice for the rest of us.

That's because "the rich are different from us, they have more money". I won't be surprise if the judge was an Alumnus of Stanford and the accused's father a fraternity brother of his.

I wouldn't be surprised by that too, over 100,000 people have already signed a petition to get the judge fired.

@TRBRocks420 The law is a screwed up system anyway. This is wrong but it doesn't surprise me.

OMG! That man should receive a long life sentence. There seems no justice in this case. What a poor girl.

Yes, he should be in prison for a long time. 6 months doesn't even begin to cover what he did.

Yes, the punishment does not fit the crime. I have a feeling this won't be the end of it though.
