I'm having a garage sale this Saturday, any tips?

i wish i can drop by.. we dont do garage sales here that much. not because we dont have many garages but people normally put them online.

I had a garage sale a couple of years ago. There's always garage sales on my block. Have it during good weather and put up plenty of signs to get people to notice. Have it on weekends too.

I am the queen of garage/yard sales...I've had more in my lifetime than I can count. Tip: Make sure things are clean and priced. Some people are afraid to ask if there is no price. Don't ever sell broken or non-working things. Have some bags on hand and always have enough change. Keep the money in your pocket or wear some sort of apron...don't leave money laying around. People are people and some times things walk away. Good luck. Oh, price to sell....a good way to judge is 1/3 or less of what you paid for it.
