'Chose your boss, not the organisation'. Wise saying, if we work with a right boss then we truly enhance our skills which inturns helps the organisation to grow and flourish. And a bad boss in a great organisation, will only make your work life worst. Being said that, is it really possible to chose a boss? How can we judge how the person is without interacting with him / her for some time? All feels great during interviews and the newness haunts, untill the harsh reality hits you to the ground!!
