I do that everyday. Every morning I greeted them. I actually live with them.

Hello and welcome to myLot. Enjoy the site. Please read the Guidelines. Text speak is not allowed here. It's 'you' and 'your', not 'u' and 'ur', etc. It would also be nice if you mentioned on your account page in which country you live.

True. Despite the fact that every gadget is available nowadays, children seem to never run out of alibis and excuses why they couldn't say HI to their parents.

@divinebee Well I can't exactly say anything to my mum anymore let alone just a simple hello. And since I live with my dad, I talk to him pretty much every day except for when he goes away for work.

@VivaLaDani13 Like you do with "god" and say things out in the space... you can do that with Mum too. Since it is already a debatable question whether it works or not and no one knows for sure of it does or not. Take a chance! What's the worst that could happen?

I spoke to my mom last night on the phone. She is having problem with her kitchen sink piping. The part came off and the water was flowing. At least I got to talk to her and later on my friend will be fixing the problem. Although I'm not close with my mom, I do appreciate her kindness her generosity and trying her best to be a good mom. Last time I've seen and talked to my dad he was quite busy and he was doing good. He looked healthy and seemed content.
