I want to say I am sorry to anyone at myLot if I have offeneded in any way.

I try to be as civil as I can but sometimes comments get taken more literally than figuratively. I hope I have not made anyone angry but if so I apologize. myLot is supposed to be fun not a fighting ring. So I will try to not comment about politics, religion or gun control. I am not politically correct on these issues anyway.

I'm glad you have that attitude, my friend. There are really other people here who are the insulting type. One time I've observed somebody submitting a Discussion. When others, including me, made honest comments, he insulted each one of us. After that,I stayed away from him and even started to be choosy with people whose Discussions i comment on. Thumbs up to you my friend!

Maybe a public mistake requires a public confession, but I never noticed anything coming from you. If you have offended somebody, it would have been perhaps better to apologize privately than to apologize for something that many members did not noticed. Personally, I would have sent a PM...

@topffer Okay I will stop apologizing. It's time to start writing posts now. I also appreciate you for your comments.

When we only have the written word, misunderstandings are bound to happen. Body language, facial expression, and tone of voice can completely alter the sense of what's being written.

But what I wouldn't give to see the expressions on some faces here at myLot in a few cases that is. It would make my day.

I recently made a comment on another person's post about the topic of always being right and wanting to win any argument and seem to have offended one person, then there was a time not a few weeks or more earlier where I made a comment to another person about having a raw sense of humor and being uptight, in that people in Texas, that is where I live, are often uptight and it was interpreted as calling that other person such. These and perhaps other times I feel I may have failed in my proper form and for this I apologize.

@miniam , You don't have to be sorry for anything. I think we all get stressed out here sometimes. It happens to the best of us.

Don't be offended please, my friend, but you got "offended" erroneously spelled perhaps because you were in a hurry :)

I am using diplomacy by not being specific. and for that matter, I am over it now and hope that nothing negative has resulted from it. I am moving forward.

@lookatdesktop Moving forward is the best way but if you are not guilty then may be you can mention the event and not the name.

Sometimes it's really inevitable to disagree with people because we are all unique and different in our own ways and we have our own opinion. But i think we should all learn to respect each other's differences. But I don't like people judging something that they know less about. I think before they should post, they should do some research first. And they should be open to people's opinion who know more about that subject and just stop being judgmental and critical.

We should be able to speak our minds but there's been some shady comments lingering around. At least you're apologetic. Have a great weekend.

I always miss out the good one here.If you are making a point I do not see any reason for you to apologize there. But I see you want to keep peace with some of them.
