People of mylot I am reaching out to you all to see if any of you know any songs/music that have a meaning about life, dreams and motivation. Do any of you find music as a useful too for motivation and deep thoughts? what is your opinion about the music today than the music produced 10-20 years ago in terms of lyrics.

"Run" by Pink. It's a message of Mother to her child. I'm not sure if this song qualify your list. But whenever I'm down I feel somewhat inspired by this song. It's like my Mom is singing the song to me.

Sure qualifies. Somehow I get the impression of the unconditional love and respect from parents when i listen to it. It also gives me a thought process of how many people take their hard-work for granted.
