A Hot Day or What

It's another beautiful day in Georgia. Yesterday was supposed to be a hot day, but when I went out on the deck to read, I actually had to wrap in a light blanket I keep on my swing. My better half had to have the air on in the apartment, so I don't know if it was just me or what. I didn't feel sick or anything like that, but he swore it was a hot day. When I came in, the apartment felt so cold I had to put on a bath robe. Tomorrow is supposed to be the hottest day of the year, in the high nineties. We're going out in a little while so I'll see how it feels outside. Right now it is comfortable in the apartment, and my better half isn't complaining of being too hot. @just4him We haven't had any high winds but I hear a hurricane will hit the Flordia and we're sure to get wind and rain..

I remember you from Bubblews, how are you? Yeah, it's hot here too but lucky for me it is mostly dry so I'm not overwhelmed with the humidity you must be getting there.

Yes, it was nice to find you here, I still miss bubblews but I'm liking Mylot. It's probably hotter in Texas than in Georgia.

It can be a lot of fun here @RubyHawk as long as you find a funny conversation to enter into. Yep, it's hot here alright but I'm bettin you've got the humidity which to me is the worst.

@rebelann that's what everybody says, it's the humidity, but I'm so used to it, I don't notice humidity. I just know I'm either hot or cold.

i've days when i'm jest chilly, so know how ya feel, hon. the hubs'll be sittin' 'round'n shorts, no shoes 'n a t-shirt whilst i'm wrapped'n a quilt, lol. we've yet to hit our highs here, no doubt we'll be hittin' triple digits'n 'nother month. been a great day here, jest hangin' out with the pups, mother nature'n the horses :) big hugs!

People have very different reactions to weather don't they? I'm always pushing blankets back at night but Vince keeps pulling them up again.

@RubyHawk In our son's house in Ireland we only had a doona. It was too hot with it but a bit chilly without it. I prefer blankets or at least a top sheet and doona.

I do both of those, I'm cold and pull up a blanket, then I'm hot and push it down.
