I did not like this sleep time.

I woke up about 7 am and that was nice. I went online after fixing my breakfast. I then took my morning dose at 9:30 am. I slept 4 hour which was way too much sleep for me. I hate to think of laying in bed and snoring those useful hours. I want to be doing something constructive. I guess this will not sit right with me after all. I will deal with it as I refuse those other meds. Does your medication put you to sleep.

That did not work for me last week. I stayed up all night hoping and praying I would go to sleep.

As your body gets used to it you will end up sleeping less. You just need to give it a bit.

There's some medications that cause drowsiness. Obtaining a nap will help to alleviate some of the fatigue. After awhile your body will get use to the medications and you'll feel more energized.

I did have some pain killers a few years ago that made me sleep for around 12 hours. Even when I woke it took me three hours to come too. OH boy they were so strong.

My anti-anxiety meds will make me sleep if I lay down after taking them.

Medication used to put me to sleep but nothing puts me to sleep these days. I'm so sorry you slept longer than you'd planned but maybe your body really needed it.

@sharon6345 Me, too. I feel pretty good today but most days I walk around like a zombie. I wish I had a job to go to where I could be really busy and then maybe I'd come home and pass out! lol

One of my medications is sedative so I take them at about 7 pm each night and then I usually fall asleep around 10:30 pm.
