Since my grandmother is moving back to Oregon, where she is from, she is leaving the house to me and my little family. Nikk, my fiance, and I have been looking at things online to remodel the house and yard. It's been pretty fun, but kind of difficult because sometimes we can't agree on things or we just don't know what we want to do. It has been a fun experience of hope for the future, and so far things have been going great. We already got a head start on the back yard, with digging up plants and leveling out the ground where the dogs used to dig. Luckily, it rained a little bit while we were removing plants because it was far too hot and the rain felt amazing. We will have to wait until this weekend to start again because we have our daughter until Friday. So far it's been a good day, and I hope many more come this week!
