Today I woke up at about 8a. to go potty and then back to sleep until about 12noon. Then I layed in bed until about 1p. Felt so lazy today. Went to sleep about 3a. this morning. Josh didn't get to bed until about 1a. Poor Cami, she was frustrated with him. I foresee it being a problem to get him up come school time. I watched a episode of Rachel Maddow's show on MSNBC. I like her. She says it like it is and explains alot of the background on political issues I wouldn't understand otherwise. Tonight she explained the social media message that has been sent out by ISIS. They no longer want followers to travel to Syria or Iraq and be fighters physically over there. ISIS wants them to stay where they are and kill civilians any way they can. Doesn't matter if they run over them, use a rock or an axe. Some followers have expressed their frustration with not being about to get to military outposts. ISIS says don't try to reach them but kill civilians. This will make ISIS more happy than any fighting there in Syria or Iraq would. This will cause unrest, parahoia, etc. in the streets of these countries. And, for some reason ISIS spokesman was especially ademant about killing the French. Not sure why. This is really scary. We must be watchful where ever we are. I feel especially paranoid here where I am. I live in an apartment complex that used to be mostly tenanted by caucasians and a few black Americans. Now we are the minority and it is mostly Afganistans, Iranians, Iraqees, etc. All foreigners who don't speak much Englis and act unfriendly. They just stare at us. A few are nice. It is sort of creepy. You nod your head in acknowledgement or say 'hi' and they ignore this and just stare. Creepy. With this going on in the world it makes me wonder. It was rather warm out until late. I was finally able to relax when it did cool down. Cami has come out of her manic phase in the last few weeks. She and I are getting along well again. Thank goodness. Keep forgetting to do the bowel movement kit to send a sample to the doctor. Icky and just keep forgetting to set it up when I know I can do something. Oooh! Messy job. Then they will test it and see if it has any abnormal aspects. If it does I will need to have a colonoscopy done. Ugh! Haven't made it outdoors lately. Since I went to my doctor's appointment. I am just in such a habit of not going out that it is hard to change. Also, Josh stays up so late I don't feel like going out after he gets to bed. Too late by then. I don't want to do out during the day because it is too warm out and because the neighbors stare. I really don't like it. The computer is sticking when I try to type. Doesn't make me happy. Will shut down for a while. See if that changes anything. Josh has been very friendly today. He had a problem with his computer which I helped him with and he was thrilled that it all came out okay. He was trying to find a Lego piece that was probably non existant. Watched a travel log about Switzerland. Dried meats, hiking, train lines, and decorated cities. Three course meals on atleast this one train line. The first line and with an upgrade that is amazing. Alpgrun that is only excessible by train. Glacier that is retreating due to global warming. Renewable hydro power is how most of the trains are run. All for this time.
