Time "For Lunch Off To Eat Lol.

:Lunch was great Barley soup, coleslaw, grilled cheese and ham sandwich
and cookies for dessert. I ate half a sandwich and kept the other half for
snack time. Still clouded over grey sullen clouds bu t its not due to rain'
here at all. So if it does rain what a nice surprise as we do need the rain a
lot.
But now to interact and respond and hope I hit ten dollars today.Some say
that was a light l;lunch and I say it was plenty as no one here is out doing
heavy labor for heavnes sake.

It is sunny here in Southern California. A grilled cheese sandwiches sounds so good!

I love and I eat salad and whatnot.
I love to eat, so I have a little overweight but still have to find a way to reduce slightly their food so I again regained my weight.

I am in the same boat so In cutting down on what I eat as Im overweight and diabetic too. lol
