Sinusitis..

I have been suffering from the sinusitis is it that recessary to operate to cure. I am not able to breathe for sometime, is it necessary to go for a surgery.

At least I have had sinusitis a few times and no I have never had surgery to correct that issue. What helps me a lot besides the prescription medication is over the counter items like neti pot. I do not know if you can get something similar in India, but basically it is a plastic tea pot and you mix sea salt and water. You then clean out your nose. It works great! There are no chemicals in it and it is just sea salt. I have bad allergies and besides the medication, I use neti pot for instant relief. The only problem neti pot is you only feel better for about 2 hours if you have a severe case of nasal problems.
