The Assumption of Guilt.

Religion is big on Blame. They find evil in anyone who does not follow their rules. To convince more people, they claim God gave them those rules. Religion finds no excuses for people not following their rules since they have them all written down in their holy books. Further, they assume everyone knows right from wrong and that any breach from those rules can be nothing but an evil person. Religion sees evil in so many things. They even see evil in a new born baby. They will tell you they are sinners from birth. Now, religion must have followers to survive. That is why they try to convince people they have a problem from birth, so they can be the solution. Hey, if we all didn't have the problem, we would not need them. Let's examine their assumption that everyone knows good from bad in their choices. There was a young man whose car battery went bad. He came to me and wanted to know how to install the new one he just picked up. I told the young man exactly what to do. He was happy, then left to install his new battery. Hey, the guy knew right from wrong. There were no excuses for not getting that battery installed. He had all the good information he needed. He had been told everything he needed to know. Well, cars with computers are sensitive to having all the power taken from them. I told the young man to put a jumper wire so the car's computer would never loose power. The young man missed that step and the car would not start. All I can say is that poor evil sinner! He knew right from wrong. Why did he choose wrong? Should we burn him in Hell? Isn't this the same thing religion is doing? They judge with an assumption of guilt. They see this person as evil based on their idea of goodness. They look at the world and see so many people not following their rules then to religion the whole world is evil. Doesn't this just generate Hate? Is religion teaching people to judge and hate others? Do religious followers see the world as evil? I have gotten that message from all of them. I'll let all you good people out there decide for yourselves. After all part of learning comes from Living your lessons. The young man will always be able to install batteries now. He will never forget his Life Experiences. He is not evil or bad. He is doing what God wants. Like all of us, we were never meant to never make a bad choice. We were meant to Learn from those bad choices. So tell me what you think.

It is a real good thing God gave us free will, and the choice to believe as we wish. Everyone makes bad choices that is why we need a Savior. That is why Jesus Christ came to this earth. No not everyone knows good from evil, some even do not think that their is evil. Their is even people that believe that their should not be an consequences for bad behavior....God sent us a set of rules to live by, and if more people followed them most of the problems in this world would go away. The man with the battery had the information he needed but he did not follow the rules set by the battery or car manufacture. his punishment was that his car did not start. maybe next time he will listen and follow the rules, or maybe he will never learn. the choice is all his.. (Rules and consequences are in every aspect of our lives) will he burn in hell that depends on weather he chooses too. We do not see people as evil, you are very mistaken..What some do is very evil...Killing, stealing, lying, cheating, hate....The act is evil. Some have the problem that they can not see evil, so they have no idea what is right or wrong. Their has to be rules, and their has to be consequences for ones actions. ( when you have no conception of what is good or evil you can not make a logical choice.) some never learn from their bad choices, because they choose not to. God created this world, and God sent the rules. You get to make the choice to follow them or not. You will also be held accountable for your choices whether they are Good, or Bad. You get to make the choice to believe or not. God also gave us only one way to spend eternity with him. and we all get to choose.

You are right. Everyone gets to choose. They can choose not to allow others who place walls or limits on them based on what others deem they should do. Freedom is important. Diversity is important. God has placed no laws or rules. That is mankind. That is your religion. You say that if more people followed your rules that the world's problems would go away. Don't you understand? The problems, adversity, and challenges in this world are part of God's education system for His children. You will have these problems until you evolve to a high enough level that they are no longer problems. Now, I know you think after you die you will go to some paradise where all your troubles go away, but that is the sales pitch your religion uses to get followers. Can one really be done with the lessons before one has learned them? You will live many physical lives before to get there. You can dream or live in your box of beliefs, but it isn't reality. Ah yes, I can see all those wonderful people of religion in Heaven now. Can't you? World war 3. OK! OK! Maybe it won't be that bad but it won't be paradise either. Until they Love Unconditionally, they could never have paradise. Though your religion does teach love in some form, it also teaches people to hate, judge, control, rule, intimidate, use fear and see evil over the good in others. It's not quite Heaven in reality. Worry not. Everyone will get to Heaven for even taking baby steps one can walk across the world.

@bird123 You got it we all get to choose. and some of us get to live our lives following God with out others telling us we have to do as they do. But the sad fact is we can not, because others are trying to force us to go against God more and more everyday. Freedom is disappearing more and more everyday. at a very fast pace. Just because you do not believe God our creator sent laws or rules does not mean that he did not it just means you do not believe it. Problems would go away if people would listen to God. and just because God created you it does not mean you are one of his children, and their is only one way to become one. You have no understanding of God or you would not think that He teaches Hate, judgement, control, intimidation, fear. You have it all mixed up. You have no idea of the truth. Good and evil is a fact of this world. If you can not see the truth of each you have nothing. Because you are only seeing half of what their is to see. You are not taking into account all the information that is available to you, and you think i am the one in a Box. You see only one of us can be right, and if you are right i loose nothing...If i am right you lose everlasting life with God. No not everyone gets to Heaven...Their is only one way to get their, and many will miss it, because they do not want to listen, They think that they know better than God and do things their own way.

@dlr297 Who is forcing you to do anything? I am simply trying to free your mind from the brainwashing. You continue to respond reciting your religion. Remember, I've already been taught all that you are reciting. Where is the Thinking??? I want you to walk your own path, not following mankind but walking and discovering God on your own as you go. Free your mind from the Fear, Intimidation, and control they have on you. Think. Everything about God will always add up. If it doesn't, it is mankind. Deal in facts rather than beliefs. Shouldn't God be much more than mere beliefs? Shouldn't God be much more than you can find in any book? Get out of the book and see! I and Truth have pointed the way. Discover for yourself! Read that holy book again. This time Question rather than accept. Go in with an open mind. See if it really adds up. You will find much that doesn't. Mankind has a deep hand in that holy book. Finally, you should have no Fear of God. If you really knew God, you would know that we are all His children, all Special in our own way. Fear is a creature of the Unknown. Work at Discovery. Truth will be better than those stories and you will have no need to fear. Finally, don't walk on eggshells all your life worrying about sin. So you make a few mistakes. Great! You will learn lessons from them. God is going to Love you Anyway!!!! You have all my Love and Kindness!!!

Welcome back! We are back in business. :) I think each one of us differs in the way we think based on our personal experiences from the very childhood. Religion is integrated into it at the time. So our rights and wrongs are justified based on what we know of religion at that stage. We may broaden our horizons as time passes, but not on every issue. But if we accept that everybody is traveling in the same boat, and what seems right from my perspective is wrong from their perspective, we will understand that there is nothing right or wrong. In fact, religion just served as a small way to guide us when we are young so that even if we don't understand much, we still take right action, and thereby not hurt anybody and not get any enemies unwittingly.

Yes, you are right. God gave everyone a different view to guaranty mankind a larger view than any one person could have. Diversity has always been a strength for the people of this world. There are people so brainwashed by religion that their view gets so narrow they become blind to reality. They live in a box of beliefs. Assumptions and judgments of others can lead people to hurt and hate through their actions all in that old idea of righteousness. People can be hard to change, however it is a duty to point them in the right direction in the hope some light gets in. Understanding does come to all given enough time. When religions speak of Love and Kindness, they do make a wonderful influence on people. It is the only real thing they should teach. There are many lessons many have to learn before we get there. Always Great to hear from you Vanny. I know you have been touching the lives around you in such a wonderful way. Never allow Drama to prevent you from sharing that which is Special about you. You are making more of a difference than you realize. Besides, more is learned around Drama than at most other times. One can never expect that to disappear. Now that I'm back, maybe I will stick around awhile or at least until I'm led in another direction. Thanks Vanny!
