Please help me know what is best free website with free hosting or cheap of these available? please i need to know where to stick with good website and hosting because i need a permanent settle downs and yet very affordable not exhaustion of my funds if ever i dont earn from my AdSense. Please help. Thanks.

that is cheap enough. but i have on my website, 5.something dollar per month. but sometimes they always give promo. like this week they gave up to 60% discount.

Not sure about free but you can try this link which has a list of some cheap websites. I haven't tried any yet but I plan to.

Free hosting is usually so inconvenient with down times and no support, but there are cheap hosting around if you check im sure you`ll find something to suit your budget.

yes, but it is the presentation offer also by the free website with paid premium for consumed free hosting to paid hosting. i feel like that i should really stick to my website's offer here. Thank you so much for your help my friend. Thank you guys.

I would suggest don't go for free domain and hosting because you will not get any backend support also you might get a restricted access to your site's control panel. The best option I know is to go for "Go daddy" they have the economic plan for both domain and hosting.
