wasting of electricity power / myLot

Now a days the wastage of electricity power is getting more power. still some people are not getting the electricity power in their house , and they are still in darkness. In our office also strictly instructed that every one must switch off the monitors also while leaving. many of us will forgot to switch off the lights , so even zero light also will consume some power, if it is one light means not a problem but will be for 50 or 100 lights will be problem , if it more than that more problem , so wasting of electricity is not good for our future life

For me solar energy is still the best solution but not all of us can afford it.

well said , every one cannot effort on it , but solar will beat all these problems, companies also need to check a way to provide solar panels installation in low cost will be better

@krkumar yes, the only good thing about solar is after installation we don't need to pay monthly electricity bill.. Hoping for cheaper installation soon.

good thinking , then there are so many like this and in future also going to release so many things with electrical power, for them also we need to charge them or use it until finish the work with it, but if we keep one electricity car in charging then need to remove it when its finished , . but still it is there in charging is the wasting of power

yes in many countries some places people are living in darkness, so global wise if power saving done in a way at least they will have a light in their life also.

for some times we have to use it some what excess, if it is for particular work then ok , but not like if people are not staying in a room for long time also switching on the fans kind of more effect.

yes its all forms of electricity like connecting a mobile to charging after 100% filled also , laptops in charging when it is in sleep mode also, this type of small - small things are becoming a part of electricity loading

the reason behind may be the electricity rate. Electricity bills are not high and the development from fan to water cooler's and then A.C's could be the reason. It all depends on us.

may be one of the reason is this, for some villages power lines also not there , because its difficult to provide power to that type of villages due to surroundings cities needs more power to work or run their life

I think today the big problem is people set the temperature too low. Then the air conditioner will spend a lot of electricity and it is not necessary at all. You have to put on more clothes so that you won't feel so cold indoors. But it is so hot outdoors. It is easy to have the health problem, too.

yes , but when we required then it will not be a problem , the regular things can use as usual, but the problem is for forgetting switch off lights , and when not needed also power on to the devices like system monitors and small LED bulbs kind of , we cannot guess how much power it consumes

I too agree that many people waste electricity. They put on the fans, lights,etc even there is no need to do so. People definitely with negligence and carelessness put on lights while going to toilets and dont turn off lights for hours. This doesn't make any sense. More power consumption is heating the globe and results in global warming too. People atleast think of the charges those are to be attained by them. Nowadays late night works have been increased which in turn increases power consumption.

people have to think of it, some times we dont know whether we switched off the lights or not , but still we cannot go for check it , if we go and check once while before going to bed then it will be fine , its a good bahit too
