My Friend's Accident

First of all, I'm fine - or I will be soon.
I had nasty accident Friday afternoon but I'm OK.
I went horse riding ( a Father's Day gift certificate from my daughter Denise and her family) and let's just say it didn't end up quite as planned.
I got on the horse OK and started out slowly but he started to speed up and we were going faster than I was comfortable with until we were going as fast as the horse could go!
Have to admit I was terrified!!
Then the worst thing ever happened - I fell off and caught my foot in the stirrup and the horse was dragging me around in a circle.
It wouldn't stop, it just kept going around and around.
Thank God the store manager at Wal-Mart came out and unplugged the carousel.
Carol was mad that I didn't use the safety belt.
It is always better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

Oh my - are you ok????? Bad carousel horsey! I think of one of the carousels we have out here . . . it's fairly old but still in business. That thing flies . . . and it takes a while for it to come to a complete stop. I always stood next to my little ones on any carousel ride, but this one I would actually hold on for dear life because it went so fast.
