I'm 38 and I've been told I don't look way past 25. Not eating any special food at all. I eat a lot of junk. I don't eat vegetables either.
Sometimes it's just in the genes. There are people I know who are very young in their 20s and look like they're in their 40s.

@sukhmani,I know such a person here in my town.He's 85+,but younger than those in their twenties.Everyday he walks 10-12 kilometers,practices yoga and performs situps and pushups.Don't know how he has managed to have such a healthy body at this age.

yes.My aunt is sixty nine.She almost works ten hours everyday.She and her families have a factory.My aunt works hard and she looks young.
