What's for Dinner?

Tonight Im planning to make fish tacos, homemade cheesesticks and for desert apple rings with a cheesecake dipping sauce. Also gonna make a batch raspberry ice tea. It's way too hot for the stove right now so I plan on putting my fish on the griddle and the rest of the food I get to use my new deep fryer. Is it hot where you are? What kind of menu's do you plan when it's too hot to cook?

Sweet, that sounds good. It's very hot here too so I decided to opt for a big salad instead. It was delicious. Hope you are having a good night!

Your dinner sounds really interesting. Well it was hot here some 10 days before but now we have started with rains so we experience cold all the remaining 8 months now and gets worse by November and December but never goes minus. Well I would love to know how you made those cheese rings. I would love if you make a post on how you made them they really caught my eyes

Sounds good. I'm doing garlic parmesan wings, creamed corn and tater tots for supper. I agree. It's too hot to cook this weekend and need some cold food and drinks.
