Good morning mylotter friends six am gotta to get dressed lol.Just
slipped intoa new bra snug but it fits lol.,Makes me look a bit y ounger
too but I may niot be able to get a fu ll breath My old one was barely
doing its job. Well Im off to the big elevator but its early so may
have to wait in the activities roo m.,The sun is up and its coo
l now but it has a breathless quality to it.
Breakfast was perfect, a waffle, scrambled eggs , patty of sausage,
cream of wheat, cranberry juice, milk, and coffee now Im full and
sleepy. a nap perhaps.'Hoping to make 16 today and I think I will
make my goal this month.

Isn't it wonderful when you finally find a bra that FITS! perfectly? I got one such bra at Value Village but when I tried looking it up online it doesn't seem to be available in the size I have. And it ain't cheap, either. Sigh.

I got new bra`s last week too, give them a few days and they will stretch out, they always go. Now I am hungry, the breakfast sounded wonderful.

yes even now i n t aking it off it did not feel so tight. I have a odd situatiom as ,left arm I can only have ,maybe twenty per cent usage as I fell a number ofyears back landedon my left shoulderamd crushed tthe shoulderjkopimt so badlyh IL hadr tro have a steel and plastic artificial shouilder joint. so normally I would fastem myh bra in back using both hands. now i have to have the bra fastened
then slip it on over my head and get my arms into the straps so it was pretty hard ut i managed it just wish there was an easier way. I can get myh right hand aroundto the middleof my back but getting my left hand there to holdthe bra I cxannot gtet ti over that far.
