Do you wear sunglasses in this warm weather?
Do you wear sunglasses because the movie stars wear them or do you want to make a fashion statement?
Maybe your trying to hide behind the sun glasses or are you trying to protect your eyes from harmful UV rays?
Did you know there is a theory that wearing sunglasses with UV protection helps you to avoid cataracts.
Do you have a certain brand of sunglasses you buy?

My eyes are sensitive to the sun and close if I don't wear sunglasses. My doctor told me that the sun is a major cause of cataracts. Since I wear them so often, I only buy and wear two designer brands. I'm not only protecting my eyes, but look nice, too.

I wear sungglasses only for photos cause i think its beautyful.
but my parents wear sunglasses when they are driving- in the summer ...

I don't really care about the brand of the glasses, just its use. Call it function over fashion. The problem is, I already wear regular glasses, so any sunglasses I wear look bulky from the side with my regular lenses underneath, lol. An easy solution would be to get transition lenses, lenses that automatically turn dark when exposed to sunlight, but I reeeaaallyyyy hate those.

@Marcyaz No I do not wear sunglasses.But if they help to prevent cataracts may be I should think of wearing them.

Grew up in sunny South Florida and now live in Texas and currently experiencing many days where the sun is fierce and the temperature is over 100 degrees. You would think living in places like this that sunglasses would be an essential fashion accessory, a wardrobe necessity even. But you know what? I never wear sunglasses.

Well old age can be part of the problem but only an eye doctor can tell you for sure. I am always concerned about my friends on the internet, welcome.

I get headaches from the sun, so I have to wear them, and I wear the big bug eye looking ones because they block more light, I am sure I look silly

I also have a pair of the big sunglasses and they are good for blocking the sun out.

I usually buy Ray Bans, I have about 5 pairs and I use them all year round with the UV protection for your eyes

I wear them to block the sun shining brightly in my eyes, don't have time or the money to be keeping up with the movie stars

Ray Ban will always be the brand of liking.
Though I don't have my own pair since it is rather expensive and I currently in a bind, I usually use the ones my sister have to protect my eyes and look extremely good.
I prefer the silver coated lens of Ray Ban and will be wearing it for a while.

I wear sunglasses when going out specially during sunny days, so I always carry it for my eyes' protection. I don't go for the signature ones because they are so costly, just the ones that has good UV protection and looks looks good in me too.
