Frustrated with Mylot. HELP!!!

My son was home over the weekend. I asked for help with my computer, a Mac. I get to play on myLot for about 10 minutes and then that twirling rainbow that tells me the computer is busy shows up...and I have to wait, sometimes I just shut the machine off like I just did and pick up my iPad.
The print is too small on the iPad but in a pinch it works for me.
My son says its MyLot. No other sites do that to me on that big computer. I would love to hear from @GoAskAlice or anyone who might know why this happens to me on myLot.
Anyone else out there that has this happen?
The photo above shows the twirling rainbow on my try to write a discussion this morning. I was going to tell I am about to leave for my sisters place, and counting down the sleeps until we get to sleep in a tent. I love camping...
Instead I had to shut down my computer, reboot, to get it to work again.
I chose to use my iPad to write this.
I am still catching up returning comments but the rainbow gets in the way...
I am still painting and will deliver Thursday on my way to the border crossing.
My sister and I have a few days to shop for camp food, freeze ice, pack our clothes and our cars and head out.
So looking forward to this vacation and having myLot work on my Mac.
Anyone here using a Mac...that also uses an Adblock? I haven't found one yet.

I'm using my iPad while getting off to camp. I will research when I get back home.. Leaving for camp tomorrow, no wifi for two weeks....

I don't have a MAC but I've been having the same kind of trouble every day.
I try to answer all notifications but the system stalls so I go to another site for a while, like you I only have this happen on Mylot and boy do I wish I knew why .... maybe @mylotbugs has an idea what causes this.

On my iPad they ask questions that I never answered to get into my bank. But my bank, since I'm in the states is just up the road and I will check my account personally tomorrow.. On mt Mac, at home, I have no trouble

It will get better, it just takes time and I'm leaving today to camp so will figure it out later.

I don't have a mac, but I have noticed that sometimes this site is a lot slower than other websites. This is only site that I struggle with being so slow. I can't even have another window open most of the time because it slows it down so much.

Very interesting, I found it slow for a long time but the total stop was new. I'll figure it out after camping.

I'm not sure. The eternal swirling rainbow happens to me now and then, but I always blame myself. I assume I have too many windows open. For me, it is not unique to MyLot. Often I just shut all my windows and then restart the computer.

Usually I have no choice, I have to reboot to make the machine work, it freezes on me.

It took me more than a year to feel comfortable on my Mac. I will have new photos soon, camping starts to tomorrow.

I think Bugs and then Apple are the best to help you. I do not use my adblocker here or on another site because it effects them. You could also search for the problem online and see if there is any help. I have scripts that hang, some of them are from myLot, and Firefox has a whole list of how to fix them.

When I get back too my Mac I will check this out. I was told the Mac doesn't get viruses, one of the many reasons we bought it. But thanks for the link, I will look into it when I get home.
