Under new management

Well it looks our apartment complex got new owners and at the end of the week we'll have a new manager to over see the office. Not sure how I feel about this but guess there's no choice in the matter. Im really gonna miss the old manager I've really gotten close to her Im sad to see her go. I just hope they dont go screwing with stuff and start changing a bunch of crap. Things are just fine the way they have been the only thing I would like to see is them accepting online payments for the rent right now it has to be money order or paper check they wont even accept electronic checks. So that's maybe the only change I would like to see but other than that I just hope and pray they leave things alone.
