What's for dinner? June 28

What's going on everyone's dinner table tonight? I want to know!
Tonight I am making breaded pork chops stuffed with ham, swiss, and sage. To go with them, I will serve jasmine rice and "milk peas" which are peas cooked in a thickened milk sauce with garlic and lemon zest. I've made all of these things before so it should go off without a hitch (famous last words, right?).
That's what we're having this evening. What's for dinner in YOUR house?

Refried beans with scrambled eggs and red sauce, accompanied by a hot cup of coffee.

We have " sinigang na baboy" cook by my husband. I really don't know the English meaning for such Filipino dish buy I will try to translate it. It's Pork and lots of vegetables with sour broth. I hope I did it right hahaha,

Your dinner sounds a lot better than what we had. My first intention was to make teriyaki pork chops. Then my husband requested sandwiches. Easy peasy.
