With temps in the triple digits in some areas we are going to be apt to get sunburned. Unless of course you put sunscreen on constantly which I don't always do. Well, here is one way to sooth a sunburn: Take these four items: Aloe Vera Gel Aloe Vera Liquid A teaspoon An icecube tray. Take the liquid first and put into each ice cube cell filling it about a third of the way. Then add some gel to each cell. Take the teaspoon and stir this together. Put the icecube tray in the freezer to freeze. When you have a sunburn use one on the burned area to soothe the burn. (I took this idea from Life Hack on rumble.com)

Due to our gardens and outside critters I end up having dark brown arms for months.

My mom told me when was a teen that tea had tanic acid in it and that it would help me to tan. So what do I do but brew up some tea and put it all over me and then fell asleep in the sun and burned badly. I didn't know about Aloe Vera back then.
