Want to be a business man.

Now am working for a company. But my aim is to be a Business man want to give job for minimum 50 persons and should be successive in business. How can i be a good business man and what type of business can be started within minimum investment.

Learn any good thing from a good company or group after you can start the same thing. That is the basic thing you can see from any where.

Might want to look into micro managing, I started a small buissness with just 2 guys and one two truck, now I have over 35 employees and about 60 different machineries, trucks, cranes, trailers
