A Little of This and a Little of That

This week has been a good one for my mailbox. I got three postcards, two on the same day from Texas and South Africa, and one yesterday from Spain. Thank you @Jessicalynnt, @Suesnews, and @Inlemay for the beautiful cards. I've been trying in vain to catch up, but so far it hasn't happened. It's a good thing I made goal a long time before my computer went nutso. I haven't made .20 a day for the past 10 days, which is very unusual for me when I'm used to making a dollar a day. Oh well, there's next month. So I'm wondering - Has the site had trouble as well as my computer? I've also been getting a lot of time out error messages. The good news is that I have my data unlimited now, so no worries about that any longer. Though I still have the irritating message when I open my computer. I'm also having trouble getting comments and responses made without my computer having a fit about it. Hence some of the time out errors. So I haven't gotten to any profiles today, and I apologize for that. I'm working hard at getting the 22nd caught up before I lose all those notifications. This morning I logged on to almost 400 notifications. So we'll see what happens the rest of the night and tomorrow. On the bright side, you can see my picture at the top is of me and my great grandchildren. I finally have some pictures of them. These were taken last Saturday. I also got an e-mail from Postcrossing that my first postcard made it to Russia, so it's time to send out another as I await my first one from somewhere in the world. I really love the idea of sending postcards. It really puts a smile on my face to see them on my mailbox waiting for the mailman to pick them up and the smile when I get them in return. I don't know who thought of this idea, but it's a great one. Today I also had a dental appointment to get my partial fixed, and it was feeling a lot better when I left the dental office. So that's another reason why you haven't seen me all day - five hour trip to Milwaukee and back. Also it being Wednesday, I had church when I got home, and just got back, had something to eat and now I'm here. And one last mention. The loan officer called this morning. A realtor will be coming by tomorrow to take pictures of the house inside and out. The last step before the deed-in-lieu goes through and I sign the papers. Everything is falling in place with it. Well, that's all I have for now. This is my little of this and a little of that. I'm going to try to interact now, and if I can't, know I'm trying. I hope your day has been a good one.
