MyLot - When It's Midnight in Kansas

Midnight in Kansas - when the moon shines on the corn - on the last day of every month is when it is decided whether and how much you will be paid (or not) by the 15th of the following month.
So when is 'midnight' on 30 June? Kansas City (and Overland Park, which is where MyLot lives) is 5 hours behind UST, so the 'cut off' point for you depends on where you are!
If you are somewhere on the North American continent, you are probably very familiar with the change in times and will know that, for example, if you are on the West Coast, midnight Central Time is at 10pm your time.
In other countries, Midnight in Kansas is UTC-5h so in:
- INDIA it will be 10:30am on 1 July
- The PHILIPPINES it will be 1:00pm on 1 July
- CHINA (Beijing) it will be 1:00pm on 1 July
- AUSTRALIA (Canberra) it will be 3:00pm on 1 July (Australians should know how to convert from Canberra time)
- NEW ZEALAND it will be 5:00pm on 1 July
- SOUTH AFRICA it will be 7:00am on 1 July
Have I missed anyone? If you can't work it out, tell me your location and I'll tell you when the deadline is for you!
I offer my commiserations to you if you haven't made it to $5 by midnight tonight. Nevetr mind, MyLot will carry over what you have to the following month, so better luck next time!

i've been meaning to post something like this.
here is an online time converter site that others might want to use. just change the location.
Effortless time conversion and world time. Schedule conference calls, webinars & online meetings, plan travel and track flight arrival time across time zones.

I'm normally good at time zones although got confused by the various US zones.
Portugal surprised me when I was a kid and learned that they were on the same time as me.

I heard about the fireworks. I didn't realise that they were for you! Mind you, I heard that a lot of Americans don't really know what they were for or who they were celebrating independence from! I'm now wondering whether the British should have fireworks every year on 23 June - "Brexit Day". People still celebrate the Battle of Hastngs (one of our more spectacular defeats), so why not!
Anyway, you can now look forward to a few dollars (which will buy you a few more British pounds than they would have done a fortnight ago) in your PayPal account sometime before the middle of August!

In North America but I'm in the Atlantic time zone. We are two hours off Central time. Newfoundland has a weird timezone. They're two and a half hours different than central. I've surpassed five bucks to my surprise.

Very interesting information.. I enjoyed going through it. It will surely help those, who live in different parts of world. It would have also made many mylotters smile who live in the Asian region, Australia or New Zealand because whatever contribution they make even on 1st July, 2016 that will be counted for payout.

Our city lies at longitude 117 east , about the same as Beijing (116.4),so I think it is 1:00 pm today.

@hereandthere That's correct. I mistakenly put 1pm June 30th when it should have been 1 July. I've now corrected that!
