Not feeling to good

I had a really bad head ache last night. I had to take some thing really big for it. It never went away I had to go to bed as soon as we got home.
I got up this afternoon and it was gone but I could still feel it. I am not sure if any one has ever had a bad head ache like that before. But it sucks that is for sure.
But I have not really been feeling all that great. I have been feeling that head ache coming on a little more and more as the day goes on.
I feel that it is going to be a long day and a very long night. If I have as bad of a head ache as I did last night then I will be down for the night.

I am having a ton of pain today as well. My back is hurting as well as my head. I just want both to go away. =( I hope you and I both feel better soon.

@Jdaw1985 I have and he told me there's nothing wrong with me...Apparently I am imagining this pain in my back.

I almost always get a really bad headache on Sunday's. I'm thankful that it didn't happen today.

In my recent post on vitamin d i wrote about it helping migraines. Your headache could also be caused from too much salt. My step brother used to get headaches from eating too salt. We are individuals and sensitive to different things. I get bad ones from allergies in the heat of summer.

@Jdaw1985 ....They can do MRI's and scat scans and really get to the nitty gritty.

Yeah that is the only thing that helped last night but I have children and I am not able to go lay down until tonight when they go to bed LOL.
