If I brought a person from the 19th century to present day what would the person say or think?

Now 'Back to the Future' movie series is history. But still time travel is definitely a talk still. There have been massive changes since the 19th century till date. So I wondered if I brought a person from the 19th century to present day what would the person say or think.

I can just imagine someone asking him if he tweets. It would be so funny. Any technology question would be funny. Do you Facebook? Are you online?

My guess would be the first reaction would be something having to do with noise. Traffic noise. Noise from the fridge. And then, at night, it's light all night. The technology would overwhelm the poor person. Having to learn how to use a toilet? Oh...
