150 Million Hot Dogs!!! That's right! One hundred and fifty million hot dogs! That’s what I just heard on the news. That Americans will consume 150 million hot dogs TODAY, on the Fourth of July. Well, I won’t be one of them. We had talked about having a cook out today but we are expecting rain again. Do you eat a lot of hot dogs? How do you like your hot dogs.? I like mine with chili, onions and mustard, just like this picture shows. I make my own chili, a recipe I learned in West Virginia. Picture by Pixabay

Many people like hot dogs and it's interesting to learn how they like them prepared. Some like them with chili and onions, some with sauerkraut, some with just ketchup, some like relish. I once ordered a hot dog in Canada and it was very different than what I had eaten in West Virginia.

No July 4 in Latvia @IreneVincent but I do love hot dogs now and then and just the way you described them. Perhaps you can let us know your recipe.

Not my favorite food either, but I do eat them once in a while. I have a friend, who would eat them every day. He absolutely LOVES hot dogs.

Yes, that could be true about gaining the weight. Hot dogs are not very healthy, but Americans consume them by the millions.

Wow! That is a lot of Hot Dogs! L.O.L. I don't really care for them we eat them rarely once in a while, But mine has to be grilled for sure or I won't eat it. It rained here last night after the fireworks and this morning and supposed to feel like 110 degrees out there so we won't be grilling today either.
