A visit to Charminar during Ramzan 2016

Today evening I got some time to visit Charminar, the ancient Historical Monument in Hyderabad. This is the season of Ramzan and every year during this time there will be a night bazaar which will be opened throughout` the night. The people visit this bazaar and the shopping will be very cheap and reasonable. This Bazaar will start 12 days before Ramzan festival. Now, the Ramaz is just 2 days now. The night bazaar started but the crowd is not more than it was even in the last year. There are only shops causing inconvenience to the traffic and other few pedestrians. The purchasing power of people has gone down drastically. Though there are shops selling a shirt and Kurta for Rs.100/- and Rs.200/- the people are going away from them. The plight of the poverty stricken Muslim Community is horrible. I purchased a white shirt as usual and donated it to a poor person on the way and came back with a weighty heart.
