~Early Start & A Lot Done~

I wrote this discussion once already but it disappeared somehow?
Anyway, I was up at 6:30 this morning. I had a lot to do so I got up extra early. I have already gotten a lot done. I reorganized the playroom, I got the dishes done, I cleaned off the end tables, I swept the floors, took care of the dogs, kids are fed and happy, and I just have mopping left.
My husband cut the backyard and front yard since it was getting too long. He took out the garbage and moved the dishwasher out of the way since it can't be installed just yet. Now he's at work.
Holy cow! It's going to be 97 degrees today but the weather people said it will feel like 105 degrees here!! I am hiding inside ALL day.
I got the kids camp check list today and there is a lot we need to buy unfortunately. They need sleeping bags, towels, white t-shirts for crafts, sheet, snacks, and a flashlight. I wish they gave more advanced notice to get everything because my husband is working so much we don't have a whole lot of time! Oh well, we will somehow do it all.
Productive day so far for you too? Or not so much?

You have gotten a lot done today already. Camp check list there is always a lot of stuff to buy. You will somehow buy what is needed even though hubby is working a lot. Still early here and so far I haven't got a lot done. It rained during the night so it is only about 70 degrees outside now.

@Marcyaz They have never been before so I guess I didn't realize. I wish it was 70 here! We haven't seen those temps in a really long time. =(

I did some errands in town this morning, after I came home I was out front about to water the planters and I saw a snake-my biggest fear! I found my husband and he had a really hard time finding it. It took him almost half an hour because the snake hid under a bush in front of the house my husband spooked him out, but he was quick to move to hide under a bigger bush. He took the hose and watered him out and then got rid of it for me. I hate snakes so much!
I did a bit of straightening up in the house this afternoon, but nothing major. The snake thing did it for me!

@Juliaacv Aaaahhhh!!! I am so terrified of snakes!! I would have screamed like I was dying. Lol. I have never been around a snake and hope I never ever see one in my life.

@DianneN The neighbours on our one side have a camper and they've been gone for a little over a week, and whenever they leave and then come back, with their 2 dogs, we find snakes. I think that they hang out over there while they're gone and he won't kill them, so it leaves us.

@DianneN Yes they are! I didn't realize because this was my kids first year ever going to camp. You learn something new every day... I am very busy!

@JudyEv Yeah I am a mom of 4 plus I babysit as well. I am hoping tomorrow we will be able to get everything when my husband gets off work.

Hope you get everything for the kids. 
I did a lot today too, I cleaned the kitchen, washed a load of clothes fed the cats, swept the floors, made the beds, dusted a little ate some Breakfast and did a little work on line, Now I feel like I need a nap, l.ol. It is going to feel like 105 here today too! I am not going outside anymore I took the trash out early and watered the plants before it begins to get so hot. I hate Hot weather!

Congratulations for the productive day. I have also had one here at the library. The only thing that bothers me is a slow internet today.

Are your kids going to sleepaway camp or day camp? It does seem as if they could have given you some notice.
