In the past, I feel uncomfortable when asked about my age. And this was when I wasn't even 30, just past 25 years old. In our culture, in my time, if you aren't married at 25 years old you are considered an 'old maid'.
I didn't become an old maid, married, and now have grown up kids.
I'm now in my mature age but when asked about how old I am I am quite proud to say my age. Despite that age, I still feel young and raring to do things, specially travelling, mingling with the younger people and keeping up with the trends. I guess I need to 'act my age' whichever that means.

I am 65, I do not feel I am old, I still feel like I was 30. I know I look younger, because when I buy half price ticket for senior when I ride the bus they always ask to check my ID, while I notice that they do not ask to most of customers.

I used to make a game of not telling my age, not that I cared, but it was fun. I am going to be 71 in a couple of weeks. Sometimes I feel like it and other times I don't. I never worried about age and never thought about it much at all until I turned 70, then it was like, "I'm OLD..." 
But I'm not. Most of the women in my family lived long lives.

I'm 35 but I try not to act it! :) Sometimes I feel my age, sometimes I feel older, sometimes I feel younger. Last night, for example, my fiance took me out for a drink. I was happy, skipping, and being random. I even spoke to people I didn't know (which is not something I'd do, even drunk!) so, while I didn't really think about it at the time, I felt quite young then. Today, however, when I was tired from having been awake beyond 11pm, I felt much older!

Wow, you look so nice and energetic. Well I am 39 but feel much younger when compared to my colleagues or other women of my age. I feel young and do things a youngster would do. Many in my locality would not ride a cycle at this age and I do. I play all sorts of games my kids play, which many hesitate to play.

I'm 28, and I'm happy about it. I'll gladly admit it. A lot of people have said that I look a lot younger, which probably helps me being able to admit how old I really am. But I also don't feel old, or think that I am old. I do feel good about my age.

Telling my age doesn't bother me much because I know I look younger. I'm not sure how I'd feel about it if it was the other way around. I'm 54. Been a long week so I feel older than I usually do.

I'm 36. I don't look it. People are often amazed that I'm 36. Sometimes I do feel my age, but most of the time I feel younger.

I hated telling my age when I was younger but now that I'm in my 60's, I'll proudly tell anyone that asks. You're only as old as you feel is true. I'll grow up eventually.
