Green Beans Salad

This kind of string beans is what we call Baguio Beans because this is commonly grown and harvested in mountainous part of Benguet. But many farmers now are planting this green beans in other provinces.
How do you love this beans aside from being a good ingredient for pansit (noodle) and chopsuey, well we love it slightly cook without any thing on it-- its salad. Yeah, this green beans is best to serve in our table in salad because its perfect for its taste and the nutrition we wanted from it.

My three year old son really love to eat string beans as well as bagiuo beans, and i like it,too.

@ilocosboy I like to stir fry it.Also will use it in noodles or fried rice along with carrots.

Yes, we call them Baguio beans. But I never make a salad of this beans. Maybe I have to try it sometimes.
