I'm her errand girl now

Yesterday my sister texted me asking if I would go to town for her. I told her after the storm I would and she said no hurry.
After the rain stopped her daughter came over and watched my son while I went to the store for her.
She needed me to get food from her wic check and food at the store, infant tylenol at the drug store .....AND cigarettes for her man at the gas station.
I got the cigarettes with the coupon and I don't smoke and neither did the cashier so we were both a little confused trying to figure out exactly what my sisters man wanted.
The thing is he won't be home for a month and it took my time to get these for him when he is perfectly capable of doing it himself. My sister has a newborn to take care of and just had the procedure recently to stop the spinal fluid leaking after her epidural.
So I didn't mind much shopping for my sister but after I got home I realized how nervy it was to be asked to get her man cigarettes. I won't be doing that again!

It's good to help family out but not so good when they ask us to do unnecessary things.
As your sisters bf isn't back for so long why ask for cigs and why couldn't he get them himself?
That being said my sis has helped me out so much lately I'd do pretty much any errands she asked me to

I'm wondering if the coupons expire before he gets back is why she wants to get them now. Regardless next time I won't be getting them. Its my gas wasted having to run around and get them. It was quite nervy of her to ask a favor like this of me since I have done so much for her as it is and was doing something for her then getting her grocery shopping done.
