Too hot fro 3 meatballs even in apricot sauce but the fresh cooked veggies I ate and i ate tow of the meat balls and a table spoon full of rice, and
we had a banana for dessert.I wish we would have more fresh fruit as its
good for us and more salads and fresh veggies too. Not so many sugary
sauces as I'm always afraid that they will shoot up my blood sugar.
So onward and upward this Saturday evening earlty eve about five I
guess without looking at the clock actually its five after five o clock
here in 'southern California.

Cloudy all day today here but it didn't rain. Yesterday it poured and tomorrow we're supposed to get some wet stuff again. Hasn't been too hot here a little muggy this evening.
