Do you have a life or personal philosophy?

I think my basic one would be the golden rule or "Do Unto others as you would have them do unto you." I must admit though..I haven't always adherred to that. I do usually try to be nice to people though. Niceness costs nothing..and makes the other person feel respected and validated.

Live the present and think about the past and also in the future; however, every second counts more than what has gone and will come.

Yes, too many people spend all their time worrying about the past or future and forget to live for today.

I can very much agree with your entire post. The thing is, if we are consistently nice there is nothing for us to regret. I am not always as kind as I would want to be, but it is a goal to be so as often as I can do it.

I think this is the only rule or commandment we need. If everyone adhered to this, the world would be much better off.
