I saw this bad boy while on vacation in Florida last year. I spied a number of colorful lizards some like hulking monsters off the side of the highway while driving down to Key West. I have no idea what species this guy is. He was fairly big and I saw him in a cemetery of all places in a Miami suburb. Didn't want to get too close to these critters. Menacing looking though maybe harmless. Photo is mine.

That's one unique looking lizard. I'm not sure if the lizard is harmful or not but that's great a great photo capture was able to be taken of such a unique looking lizard. Enjoy some more of what nature has to offer.

This one didn't move immediately. A bigger one took off at the same place.

I am just imagining a giant one of these. What a mighty figure giant-size would make. Yes, he does look a lizard to steer clear of.

This is the kind of lizard that you "blow up" in size for a creature movie.

This blue-toungue lizard is one of my welcome guests in my garden. Useful natural police that eats off thugs, I mean, slugs and snails that pests my vegetable gardens.

I wouldn't be getting too close either. They move so quickly so unless you know about them and their habits I'd be leaving them well alone too.
