Nice lunch sandwich and coleslaw, lentil soup, coffee, lemonade, and cookies for dessert . I was just thinking how good it was to have grape juice for three morning n as row. I have always really loved grape juice the taste, the unique flavor and thinking about how this luscious juice is turned into some really great wines. I have to be careful to drink as mall glass of wine only with food, otherwise my blood sugar will drop very low .One original graphic and post both copyrighted 2016

we had lentil soup but tomato soup is what goes with grilled cheese sandwiches

yes indeed and I managed t o save half a sandwichy for an evening snack and my table mate gave me her half too. that helps my snack'as I am diabetic so have to have a snack about nine as we have dinner very early at 4 p;m
