Pop Up Time Again

We had one earlier this morning a pop up thunderstorm that watered the grass and cooled things down and then the sun came out and as the "litle itsy bitsy spider song goes the sun came out and dried up all the rain" and it got hot again. Typical weather this time of year though we don't get rain every day of the summer. Looks like we are going to get a double dose of rain today as I am hearing thunder in the distance and am watching the clouds get darker in the northwestern sky and looking on the Weather channel app I see a line of storms moving down from that direction from Alabama crossing Perdido Bay into this part of Florida. Hopefully it will put a stop on the heat index going higher as it feels 105 with the heat index (temp is 89) and stay down the rest of the day.
