Stuffed Onions for dinner!

A simple recipe and it seems delicious. I got the large onion for a bag for $2, then split it (for top and bottom). A pound of ground beef with the rest of the onions chopped up mixed with the ground beef, garlic, salt, pepper, mustard, soya sauce, and parsley. You put the ground beef mixture inside the onion, then wrap in tin foil.

Yes, and the reviews are great online. It made two large onions and two small onions for me.

@ricki_911 I can make them with veggie crumbles sold for vegetarians like me and the crumbles taste just like beef, so I can make a vegetarian version!!!
