Stuffed Onions for dinner!

A simple recipe and it seems delicious. I got the large onion for a bag for $2, then split it (for top and bottom). A pound of ground beef with the rest of the onions chopped up mixed with the ground beef, garlic, salt, pepper, mustard, soya sauce, and parsley. You put the ground beef mixture inside the onion, then wrap in tin foil.

I cooked it for a good hour just so the onion was cooked more.
