It is happened long back actually and i remembered it now when she called me now. She is a partial victim of Tsunami, At that time we where studying for Post Graduate. She is a good swimmer but because of the effect of Tsunami, she is very afraid to see a Swimming Pool, River and all. So one day what i did, I asked her to come to our college swimming pool and when taking to here by walking near to the pool, I pushed her into it. I know that water is not ever there to the height of her. She was really afraid and started crying when she fell in the pool but she swim and came back. My friends scolded me for doing such a thing. But still i was happy because i was confident enough that she will overcome here afraid towards water. Now she is a good swimmer and won Three State medals too.

If she credits you for helping her overcome her fear, then you did the right thing.
