Lately I have been having a hard time getting a good help.
They just have a lot of drama. When they come first time they so humble but as time goes by they start disrespecting. Especially when they get boyfriends in the neighbourhood.
My recent help knew only preparing one meal. She got frustrated (guessing) since she couldn't learn fast the meals prepared in Kenya(she is from Uganda) and she disappeared after picking my son from school.
Though she looked cultured, so I thought. The first time she served me she went on her knees and with her head bent. I was surprised. Couldn't tell her off. This what she knows since childbirth.
Even with all that she left n I have to prepare my 4yr old boy everyday as he goes to school.
I have taken a 2weeks vacation a period of bonding with my 4yr old and 1 month old sons.

I pity her serving you on her knees with head bent, like a slave. But why did she just left without informing you about her plan.

That was the bitter part. At least giving me a notice would have been good. I do pity their culture though seems more like oppressing women. What do u think?
