My fiance and I decided to start being exercise/diet buddies. When we went grocery shopping we bought fruits, veggies, all natural eggs, and all natural meats. Decided that we would go for a walk once a day for 2 miles, 50 sit-ups a day, and with our daughter being busy we're always getting extra exercise that way as well. It feels so nice to start back on a healthier routine. I quit smoking cigarettes, cold turkey! I feel so much better, and even happier since we started doing this and it feels so amazing that I don't have to do it alone. If you are trying to decide on going on a new, or even old healthy diet and exercise routine, I fully support it and if you're debating on it then just weigh out the pros and cons of it and go from there. Eating healthy and exercising is often taken too lightly, for some. It's difficult to find the right balance. I hope you find what you are looking for with your health routine!

Good to know you decided to be healthy, it is really hard to find the right balance in dieting and exercise but with strong motivation you can achieve it, i also need to diet and exercise to lose some weight.

Thank you! I know, the hardest part for me is finding balance. I'm currently trying to lose the baby weight, I look healthy but nowhere near enough to wear a bathing suit to go swimming again. Still battling off the stretch marks, too! If you decide to do it, I hope you find the right balance and what's good for you. :)

@Tiah101 The only thing that works for the stretch marks is coconut oil, they're almost completely gone now :)

Good luck to you and I hope you become very healthy and happy! My boyfriend and I were just talking about getting on a workout schedule last night so I think I'll be starting something soon myself.

Thank you! Good luck if you do, it's a very nice bonding process as well. Ever since we had our daughter there's been little to nothing we could do together, but this happened to come along so it's fun :)
