Is It or Isn't It?

Is it or isn't it and that is the question now as for the last hour we have had some dark clouds hanging down, The radar on my weather app on the phone shows heavy rain just above up and I wonder are we or are we not going to get ssome of that rain? My brother-in-law is already grumbling under his breath as he has just finished watering the lawn and plants that if it was going to rain why couldn't it have happened before he watered. But don't you find that often happens that after doing something like watering the lawn or even washing the car a rain shower comes. Any other events that you can almost count on a shoer after getting something done?

It is Murphy's Law and usually you have just washed your car as well.

hanging out clothes on the line is a sure fire way to get it to rain

Growing up I spent many days running out to get the clothes when a shower was approaching
