Online Discussion Board Was Boring

Hopefully tomorrow I get a Visa debit card from doing a survey. This was an online discussion board. And I was kind of bored doing it for three days. But it was $150 for the three days. So I did it and thought it would be interesting, as I’ve never done an online discussion board before. There were a lot of questions. It was about my state’s politicians and what is going on in our state. When I got the email, it said I could use the card online or over the telephone. But I wanted to use it in the store. So the $3 fee was taken out so I could get it in the mail. So I’ll be getting a $147.00 card. So yes, I was bored by the discussion board. But I would try it again.

I could be bored for that amount too, good going! I won a $25 gift card to a restaurant yesterday at work, just because they were making 2 draws. The lady that ran the draw told me that she totally rigged it for me, my name came up on the computer first and she didn't run the rest of the data-I thanked her for it.

I hope that the others do not learn about this.

@marlina I have suspected that in the past when others have "won", its out of your hands, you just have to accept that.

It depends on how much time you put in each of those three days to figure out if it was worth it. That's a nice piece of change for sure. I did a mystery shop a few years ago that took 10 minutes and paid $150. That was worth it.

For a $150, I would do it as well.

@BettyB I would try it one more time. But most of the questions were almost the same so it got annoying.

I took a discussion about the two that are running for President but it was for only $75 for three days.

@jstory07 The one I did they asked a ton of questions and we had to log in twice a day. And I had to make sure every question was answered. It took anywhere between an hour to almost two a day.

I have no idea what that kind of discussion board is. I guess I would find it boring too.

@marlina It was through one of my survey sites. And I just logged in twice every day and answered a lot of questions about how our state government was doing. Most of the questions were the same, they were just worded differently.

@Susan2015 If it was from your state department, does it mean that taxpayers are footing the bill?

That sounds like a nice compensation for doing the discussion board. Was it very time consuming?

@crazyhorseladycx It was a survey site. I don't think any tax money was involved. A least I hope not.

$150 for three days? I will do it even if it's boring. It's better to earn and get bored than get bored and nothing to earn at all hahaha.

Wow, that was good money just for visiting a discussion board. I wish I could find things like that to earn extra money.

A particular site many of us belong to has offers like this at times. Never wanted to do anything too involved, but ya' know-that is a nice chunk of change!
