What is your favorite kind of cheese?

I like jarlsberg, It is quite expensive so I don't usually buy it, but I also love cheddar. Any type of cheddar is good, although I generally buy medium to mild. What about you? Any particular sort of cheese float your boat?

I love camambert best and often buy it when we have guests. I like most milder cheeses but not blue vein types.

I get in the mood for swiss at times...it tastes good with ham. I don't like it plain though.

We have white cheese similar to cottage made from carabao milk and wrapped in banana leaves that tastes so good. Cheddar the most popular and I like it too but my favorite is blue cheese, my problem is I'm the only one who eats it in the house and quite expemsive so i have not tasted one for quite sometime.
